All of our
classes are
maintained at a
gently warmed
temperature .
Beginner yoga-
An introduction
to the principles of
foundation,
alignment and
breath. We introduce
basic poses that
flow together ,
build strength,
increase flexibility
and muscle tone,
reduce stress, and
increase lung
capacity. All levels
welcome.
Mixed level yoga-
An ideal class
to both challenge
and relax you with
an emphasis on
strength, alignment
and perseverance. Be
ready to practice
more challenging
poses such as
inversions,
backbends and
balances (with
modifications of
course!)
Power flow yoga-
Linking breath
with motion, this is
an advanced class
designed to
challenge and
inspire you. will
move beyond the
fundamentals of
breath, movement,
and alignment ,
taking your yoga
practice to the next
level. Yoga
experience required.
Hoop*Motion
Hoop Dance is a
cardio hoop class
that takes the hula
hooping you remember
to the next level. A
fusion of dance and
hooping, hoop dance
gives you a great
cardiovascular
workout while you
smile at your
perfect swivel.
Hoops are provided
in class and are
available for
purchase.

Kickboxing/Self
defense class
Class is open to all
skill levels.
we will begin with
warm up, abs & flex.
Flow into slow kicks
& skill drills. Pick
up the pace striking
targets/focus pads.
Practice blocking
and self defense
techniques.
Including escapes,
trapping, target
areas and pressure
points. Will also
include discussions
on how to prevent
and diffuse
confrontations.
Please note this
class does not have
any throwing, take
downs or tumbling.
This is a fun
friendly non
combative class.
However I suggest
you bring a water
bottle.
Family Yoga
A fun filled class
available to parents
with one or more
children. This is an
amazing way to help
families be active
together. Families
learn techniques for
reducing stress,
mindful breathing
and connecting with
their bodies. A
wonderful way to
find peace together
and strengthen the
bonds of family.

Mindful Living
Stress Reduction
An ongoing series of
classes teaching
various mindfulness
practices and how to
integrate
mindfulness into all
aspects of your day
to day living;
mindfulness reduces
stress, pain, and
emotional, physical,
and spiritual
distress, and
enhances one’s
health, joy,
pleasure, and peace,
moment by moment. If

Namaste with

kundalini, hatha

but the focus is
on flow and
